We deposit your guests rental payments via electronic transfer to your checking account.
Your checking account must be verified by Yapstone. We do not support savings accounts, investment accounts or any account that is not a demand deposit account (e.g., checking or current account). Supported International accounts must be SWIFT and SEPA compliant.
Typically, after a payment is processed, funds will be available in your bank account by the 7th business day. Funds availability may be different depending on how your bank processes the payment.
If your account is set to check-in payments, funds are sent to your bank account 3 business days after the guest checks into your property.
When we deposit funds to your bank account, you will receive an automated statement, known as a “Direct Deposit Detail Email” outlining the payment(s) included in the deposit, along with any applicable service fees.
