Typically, once a guest has completed a payment, both the property owner/property manager and the guest receive a payment confirmation. When payment funds are sent to your bank account by Yapstone, you should receive a deposit statement confirming the amount sent to your account.
To determine when payment funds will arrive in your bank account, you will need to determine the Yapstone current payment program that you were approved for as notified by Yapstone.
The two options, Check-In Payments and Advanced Payments, are explained below and will detail the specific timing for receiving funds.
If your account is set to Check-in Payments,then depending on your bank's processing times, funds are usually available in your bank account by the 7th business day after the guest has checked in.
Please note, initially all funds are held (regardless of the check-in date) for a period of 30 days from the date of your listing's first successful guest payment.
If your account is set to Advanced Payments, reservations are paid to your account within 30 days from the date the booking is made.
Your payout timeframe is communicated to you when approved and when your account is reviewed or updated by our Risk team.
Most merchants receive their funds (depending on their bank’s processing time) by the 7th business day after the guest makes the payment.
Profiles and settlement cycles are continuously reviewed by the Yapstone Risk team to make sure your account is always set to the optimum offering.
