An Account Executive will be reaching out to you directly to begin your onboarding. After that, you will go through underwriting review, where we may request financial documentation about your business. This process typically takes between 3-5 business days.
Once through underwriting, your VacationRentPayment portal will be built by our Account and Provisioning team. This step typically takes an additional 2-3 business days
After your account is built and activated for processing, we will work with your vacation rental software provider to integrate your software to your payment portal with YapStone. This step typically takes between 2-3 business days, as well.
In total, it typically takes 7-10 business days for your account to be fully live and ready to go.
