- Guests who claim that the property was not clean and functional (e.g., mold, dust, pet odors or stains, or heat or air conditioning not working, etc.).
- Guests who claim that the property did not match the description as advertised.
- Guests who claim that the property owner or property manager switched properties, and the property that they were given was not comparable to the property they made the reservation for.
Fraudulent Transaction
- The cardholder claims they have no knowledge of the transaction and did not authorize it.
