Deposits to a bank account may fail because the bank account detail we have on file is incorrect, the account is closed, or the account does not allow for the electronic transfer of funds.
We may be unable to debit your account, for example, when there are insufficient funds at the time of the request, or your bank account or mandate may not be set up to allow debits.
