When a property owner, property management company or hotel, as applicable, cancels your booking, they issue a refund based on their cancellation policy (if a refund is due). Check the listing information or your confirmation emails to confirm the amount of refund due and contact the property owner, property manager or hotel, as applicable, if the correct refund is not applied to your payment card within 30 days.
